forgot my password and security question. Hadn't needed it for years. Can't sign in to change my credit card info. Account suspended. Just need it to send to my account. I changed to autopay and now i cant talk to reps. Help

While you are waiting for moderator to reset your password, you can purchase topup voucher and call 611 from your PM phone to add fund and re-activate your account.
