Please help! I found an old thread in the community and followed all the tips. But still cannot solve this issue. Thx

That's great that you did some research on your issue. Please share the tips you've tried to follow. If you want some help, it will help if you provide more info: - Check your account. Is your plan active? - Check your phone. Do you have any service at all? - Are incoming calls and text working?

@Iqbal Do you see "Public Mobile" as carrier on the phone? If you don't see that, you can try take out your SIM card and put it back. 

You can also go to "My Account" and see your account status. 

 

For temporary solution as you have wifi, you can download a free calling app such as TextNow or Fongo. It will allow you to make call or text as you using a new number. But the app can access to your contact list and make call or text directly.

Which plan are you on?

If the limited minutes plans then maybe you've used them all. If the limited texts then maybe you've used them all.
