My plan includes unlimited phone calls within Canada and US. But when I go to call Ontario, I get a message that I have used all my long distance minutes. I have even wasted $5 to purchase a long distance add-on, even tho my account includes long distance. Same message; I have used all my longdistance minutes. Local calls are ok.
I have tried dialling 011 to exit country, then 1 for country code, then the number. Also just 1 and the number; no luck either way.
I would appreciate if anybody could guide me in how to proceed.

It just sounds like you need to do a network refresh. Go into your settings and and find Network Settings. Refresh them and reboot the phone. Then contact a CS Agent ask ask them if they'd be willing to credit your account the $5

hi @yvrvagabond are you just calling from Ontario to another Canadian number? then yes, it is included
reboot phone and try calling again
or ask PM agent to refresh the account
