Confirming included long distance countries

How do I confirm what international countries are included in my long distance phone plan? I've tried looking through the breakdown (it just says 7 countries) and my specific plan isn't on offered anymore so I can't check there either. Is there a specific way I can check?

I found this.

China, India, Phillipines,  United Kingdom,  Pakistan, Taiwan Hong Kong. 

If you have the Public Mobile app,  it has it under Add-ONS.

I have the $29 ULCWUSMEX Base Plan but when I press the Usage Breakdown button it just say "100 LD minutes 7 countries".

Which plan do you have? Usually if you click on Usage Breakdown,  it will show you the countries included.
