Check the VoLTE IME checker on the link that I sent earlier.

I pretty sure that Samsung A70 is not VoLTE compatible and you will have talk issues while traveling in USA.

Did you turn on roaming also did you pick  At&T or T-Mobile

Does data and texting work?

Which model phone are you using?  with traveling to USA, your phone needs to be VoLTE compatible with PM network since the 3G network has be decommissioned in the USA.
