Activated two phones at dealer. One phone has mobile data, but no calling
The other has calling but no mobile data. Four people at dealer tried for 3 hours
no solution. Both phones are telus network compatible.
Sent private email, no reply so far. Any suggestions? Thanks

Thanks for your help. After 9 days, mods & London Drugs could not resolve.
Swiched to Koodo, put in sim cards, both phones worked great.

Both brand new numbers from public mobile or ported numbers from elsewhere? Porting can take a few hours to complete but sounds as though it may have been more than that now.
