Service issues

Unable to make or receive calls.  Shows that the phone is active on the system.  Been a long term customer.  Yes tried turning off and on, removing SIM card etc.

I have activated auto pay option. First payment I got $2 discount but for next payment it’s showing No discount. As per my understanding auto pay is eligible to get $2 discount every months payment??? please clear me  thanks
