Resolved! sign up process crashed

while signing up, the browser hung.  my phone works with the new Sim card & new phone number, but i can’t get into my self service account.   and i can’t reset the password on the self service account.    any ideas?

Payed with voucher, service not initiated

Payed dir service with a $40 voucher from Avondale on Dunn Street in Niagara Falls, and service was not initiated. I was concerned if this may be a problem on my end with the phone company or if the store may have misprinted my voucher.

@CS_Agent  I have a Huawei Pro 20 Lite. Occationally, my texts are not received, or, I do not receive texts sent to me. However, the texts appear on my usage history. I have tried re-starting my phone. Thanks.
