Hi All,I paid for US Roaming Data, and US Roaming Talk & Text, but I only got one of the two on my account. I thought it might just take a while to kick in, but it's been 4 hours. Any suggestions? Wait longer? Purchase again?
Yes, the funds were debited for both transactions. Interestingly, the Make a Payment portal charged me $15 for the US Roaming Talk Text, but then randomly there's a separate charge for $10 that is just sitting there unused?
I found this thread as I was doing my wife's phone AFTER I had done my primary number. Luckily, everything went perfectly and both numbers ported instantly from the SAME Koodo account.
