No Service after Signing Up

Hi, I signed up for PM on March 22. It is now March 27th and my phone still shows No Service. I ported over a Telus landline number, so from my understanding this can take a few days? Can anyone speed this up and verify it will work?

Resolved! message stating my # is out of service from any Rogers landline

A number of people are claiming that they can only call me from their cell phones and not their Rogers or Bell land line. Is this a common problem? Is there a solution? It’s pretty bad paying $40 a month and I can’t recieve half my calls

Plan Expired

I'm on autopay, my plan was supposed to auto renew like it always does. But, instead today it shows my plan expired and I'm unable to use my service. My credit card is perfectly fine.

Resolved! Stopped getting $1 referral on from spouses phone

Somewhere along the line I stopped getting my $1 refferal credit for our second phone.  We set them up at the same time few years ago and I do remember geting it. Not sure when it stopped or why. Anyone able to see what's going on with that? Cheers

Credit card charged twice for initial payment
