Hi all, is anyone else facing data usage dashboard, not properly tracking the real usage ?I've used all my data apparently for current billing period, but the dashboard in my online profile still shows available data.
I have 2 Public Mobile lines.1 stopped working suddenly.The other one is working fine in both phones.The broken SIM, I guess, is not working in any of them. Please help asap.
Hi All, Thank you for your help and support. Moderators helped by performing a hard reset of my SIM, at the back end, and after some time it started working again. All the best !
