Phone number somehow split between sims?

I just transferred my phone number from Fido to public. My iPhone shows my phone number as ‘no sim’ and I don’t know how to put it on the eSIM. I can still receive texts and calls, but the data doesn’t work. It’s very strange.

WiFi Calling

Upgraded and lost all loyalty points

Spent over 4 years on 3G. Accumulated $4 loyalty and paid $29/month, tax included. Upgraded to 5G and now paying over $34 plus tax. That's over $38/month. Should be less than $34/month. I'd like to have my loyalty point back.

International calling to philippines

How  international calling minutes  rounding up. Like I talked just 5 minutes that time I have 45 minutes left but then when I checked the five minutes they deducted 10 minutes .
