Bill increasing

Hi all, I received a text saying my bill will increase from the 20$ plan to 24$ dollars or upgrade for the same cost to the 24$ plan with more data.

is there an option to choose a lower plan cost? 
When I am searching the options I don’t see anything lower.

Wife and i both have the $20 so that $8 increase plus tax .Not happy at all .Been with Public mobile a long time

hi @Jj26 

you can only change to plans available on your My Account, Change Subscription page.  From what we know, people with $20 3GB plan won't see any other plan lower price.  But you can choose another $24 plan with more data than 3GB 

if you need to keep a $20 plan with lower data, just 500Mb, you will have to port out to another provider and port back in to get the new activation only $20 plan, but it comes with 500Mb only
