Every time I am trying to log into my 2nd account, always is opening my 1st account; in any device. Obvious there 2 different accounts with 2 different plans with 2 different log in credentials (different email and different password).

I had before same passwords with diff. emails. And it was working till 6-8months ago; but then something happened and cannot log in into my 2nd account. Luckily I have automat payment set up; I was not bother, but now I need to access my account; and I cannot

I would suggest you use the same password for both accounts but keep the different emails addresses. This would minimize any confusions.
Contact a CS_Agent if you are still having issues login on the second account.

- clear cache
-try different browser
-use private/incognito mode

@lwbadea57 could be a browser cache problem
Try login using browser with incognito mode, or try using a completely different browser
