Good afternoon,
I am entering my second month of service with public mobile and just received a message that my service has been suspended because the payment has not gone through. I registered for the 50% promotion for 24 months with the $40/month plan. When I go into my account this discount is not being applied to my bill and the system is trying to update my plan to the full price plan. I would like to have this corrected to reflect our orginal agreement with the 50% discount for the remainning 23 months in the term.

Some had same issue at renewal time but PM can fix it
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
