My phone bill was set to come out last night, however it failed. I don't know why- the funds were there. Now, my subscription is expired. When I log in on my account to pay directly, the promotional of %50 off my bill for 24 months is GONE and they are billing me the full payment of $64 to reactivate it. My account has been on hold for less then 24 hours and it isn't like I didn't have the money there- it just failed for some reason.
Because is expired does that mean my promo is gone forever? I certainly hope not.

Hello. I had the same issue with 2 of 4 my family lines and my solution was following - Bought a pop - up voucher at Shoppers Drug mart on 9pm (you may find any vendor you want) and services got back in few minutes. Current promotion plan the same 50 percent off. My support ticket is still without respond for 3 days

I suggest you keep an eye on Community inbox...that's where you'll find their reply to you. I think they work until 10pm EST so might still get a reply tonight.

I reached out to support an hour ago but have not heard back yet. Do you have any idea how long they normally take? It says within 30 minutes when I wrote.

I'd suggest just pay the cost for plan renewal and they'll credit your account. Message Customer Support and they'll make the correction Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of page to start the process.
