Physical Sim to eSim (New Phone)

Hi, 

I'm currently using a physical SIM card and would like to switch to an eSIM while keeping the same number and plan. Could you please let me know how I can do that?

Also, if I decide to switch back to a physical SIM in the future, would that be possible while keeping the same number and plan?

Please let me know the next steps.

I don’t see the advantage in switching to eSIM.

With a SIM, you can pop it out and put into other phones.

With eSIM, you need to download the PM app on the new phone and you need to pay for a new SIM or eSIM every time you decide to switch to a different format or into different phones.

Buy it using PM app

download PM app, go to Account -> Purchase sim card and choose eSIM to buy and install

@Impasta  You need to Download the public mobile app on new phone and log into your account and buy eSIM and you will keep your same phone number and plan . And yes no worries you can always switch back to physical SIM card in the future or vise versa no worries
