check any local outage:  https://www.telus.com/en/bc/outages

and @shazia  did you try Reboot and Reset network settings?.  And voice calls work?

What phone you have?

Remove the old provider sim card.  PM sim should be the only one there, active and set with Label Primary 

Then Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
