Hello, Ihave no internet. I reset the setting and the phone but the problem still exists.

Why does my public mobile page say I have $22.92 in funds but my rewards page says I have $14.02?

  I wish to buy a 20 point item but when I go to "community rewards" I have only $14.02 instead of $22.92.You can see the time and date on both screens showing it is today.How can I have my $22.92 usable?
