I switched to public and transferred my phone number from chatr mobile. However, I cannot receive calls. How can I resolve this?

Ok, in order to port you must receive and confirm that was your intention.
You can create a ticket for the agent to assist you or check your inbox for another reply from slusagm with the phone number to contact to re-do the port.

I don’t think I got a sms confirmation from chatr. I did this transfer two days ago.

How long ago did you port in?
Did you reply to the sms confirmation of the port?
Disable the previous sim and insert or enable your Public Mobile sim and make it sure it's set as primary and restart your phone.
