Porting out and back in. I asked CS to save me the struggle but best they can do bump my plan by 10GB for free for a year. That's not even remotely what the opt out/in is giving me.
@PMSSC You could port out and back in on newly desired plan or ask support if they willing to help , otherwise we can only choose the plans that are offered to us in our accounts despite what we see in the website
