Hi, I want to change my plan on my account that is currently suspended using my payment voucher, as I dont have a credit card. If I add my payment voucher before the plan change, it will be used for the old plan I no longer want. So I am wondering how I can change to the new plan and pay for it with my payment voucher. Any help on this would be appreciated.

you should be able to try using Change plan now , it won't renew. then load the voucher
if you want to be 100% certain that nothing will go wrong, ask PM to help to change the plan first. They will help as long as the plan is on your Change Subscription page. After they make the change, you can then load your voucher
To open ticket, simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
