Renew payment issue

I was previously on a $20 promotional plan. My subscription expired because the payment didn’t go through, but now it only shows a $40 plan when I try to renew. I only want to reactivate my previous plan, not change it. Is there any way to restore it?

Once a payment is made for the full amount, a creditor $20 should be given back and the promo reapplied. 

If it's not done within a few days if payment,  you can submit a ticket.
