Hello,
I received a text from Public saying my plan did not renew, but when I check in my account, it appears that Public did accept my payment and that the next renewal date is in September. I have attached a photo. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Desmond

Looks like something is up with the system as I see two posts for the same matter.
This can be merged as the concern is same.
you can send a msg to @CS_Agent and ask them to take a look and get it resolved.
As I mentioned in the other reply that they are pretty responsive.
Meantime while you wait for the agent's reply you can try the following....
Login My Account first. (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
Then click the button Pay and Resume services now and follow the steps to make payment.
If you don't see such a button, the use this link to access the payment page and make payment (remember to add E911 fees if it is applicable to your province):
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
if it still gives you error, you might need to pay by voucher instead. Buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account. This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers. Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:

Public Mobile did "system maintanace" last night and I think the whole payment system is glitchy this morning.

If you log in to your account, do you see a Resume service button ? If so...you know what to do.
Also...are you certain you loaded enough $$ for your regular plan renewal including tax ?

This happened to me as well. I put the money in account at the beginning of month and now it refuses to renew and I have no service.
