Resolved! Auto-pay on October 23rd, Number ported out on October 23rd

Hi,My auto-pay plan charges on October 23 and was charged, but I ported my number out to a different carrier on October 23 as well.Assuming I'll see a pro-rated refund to my credit card in the next month? If not, who can I follow up with?

Resolved! Phone saying no minutes left but plan is active

Plan renew

I just received a text that my plan did not renew and you did not receive my payment.  I have never had to do that before.  My payments are paid for by my credit card.  I want to continue with my plan as is.  Do I need to do anything?
