why on earth is it always just for new activations?   im getting tired of this loyalty means nothing

I ve been with Public for 5 years and every month i use to receive sms text message that confirms that my payment was received on the 1st day of renewal.   Does public just not do that anymore?  Its been 2 months since i received the sms confirmation...
