why on earth is it always just for new activations?   im getting tired of this

If you really want one of these promo deals, you can get it, but it is a hassle.     Thats the problem its a hassle..  i have 5 accounts with them..

That is typical for most mobile companies.  Need to attract new customers.  

If you really want one of these promo deals, you can get it, but it is a hassle.  You will need to activate a new plan with a temporary phone number.  You can port your original number to another company and then port back to PM account with promo plan.  There is cost to port your number to another company (SIM card and 1st month fee).

PM is trying to attract more new members. If think Black Friday and Boxing Day sales didn’t too well.

Me too, I wish I could get one of those promotion.  The ones that they have for existing members are never good.
