I requested a refund and it was confirmed. It’s more than 2 weeks and I’m wondering why my refund hasn’t been given yet. Wanna make sure it’s in the process of coming in.
I’m trying to sign in onto new account but it keeps requiring me to confirm with a code using an old phone number from old account that isn’t active. What do I do?
It allows me to log in to the first login. And then it says that there’s already an account for that email on file and that they need to confirm by sending code to that old number. It’s not letting me get around it
