Resolved! Data not toped up on to 12gig

I am on the old 90 day plan with 12 gigs of data. I used all my data last cycle. My plan was auto payed today but the data was only topped up to 5.389 gigs not 12 gigs. Can someone help me with this.

Last year I was able to use my BMO debit card for auto payments.   This year I tried to use it but my card does not get accepted.  On the payments page, it say Visa Debit Card.  My card is Mastercard.  Was this a recent change? THANKS
