Confirm Autopay and Subscription is Cancelled After Porting Number to New Carrier

Hello,

I am wondering if you can confirm if my Autopay and Subscription is Cancelled After Porting Number to New Carrier. I am trying to access my account, but it won't seem to let me check this.

I don't want to be charged a subscription and be CC details; given that the number is no longer tied to Public Mobile.

@Trepidation101  No worries if you successfully ported number out of PM it will automatically close your PM account and you won’t be charged again . At this point you shouldn’t be able to log into your old PM account and this would further confirm your account is closed . But you can also submit ticket with support to comfirm
