Is anyone having trouble losing the cell service? My daughters phone is constantly losing cell service, which is so stressful....its dropping to SOS daily off and on. She had a snowmobile accident the other day and was unable to call us because the phone had dropped service again!!

@lauracanning: If you are going to a new area better to always check https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/coverage as well to see if it's an area that is covered by PM/Telus.

she had snowmobile incident, so it is more a rural area??
test the sim on another phone and see if any better, maybe device related
make sure OS is updated, try click Reset All Networks on the phone

No recent increase in number of complaints re: cell service issues. Is this more of a recent issue or has she had issues since she started with Public mobile?
Where are you located? Certain areas may have weaker cell phone tower coverage. Public mobile uses Telus and Bell towers.
Which model phone? Does it have VoLTE function? That is more important for talk services these days.
You can also try the PM SIM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.
