Updated Porting info

My husband had the same issue. We are changing our service to Public Mobile from Zoomer Wireless. For some reason the port was not successful. Please send a request to have it ported again.

Andreea was the person my husband spoke with yesterday.

Our old acct # from Zoomer is 1341208

Phone # 647-883-0085

credit card last 4 digits is 8016

As for your porting problem best thing would be to direct message the service agent through the link;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 and keep an eye out for your inbox for their reply. They usually reply within around 24 hours.
