Phone not working

I have just updated my CC info and phone still isn’t working

Just updating CC will not restart service.

You have to manually add funds and if needed press a button to 'continue service' or similar.

Now you have to load up funds equivalent to your plan cost.

You can make a manual payment on the the following page. Load enough funds and account should renew itself
