Hi, I still have 10 days until I have to pay for my renewal, however it's hard for me to pay in the middle of the month, is it possible to change the date for the 1st of the month?
Thanks in advance.

I like @BKNS27 's answer - that you can make the payment early on the 1st of the month, which will be consumed when your actual renewal date comes up later in the month.
Another thought is that because Public Mobile technically uses 30 day terms, the "day of the month" generally moves about 5 days earlier every year due to some months having a number of days other than 30. Over 3 years, the renewal date will eventually move back about 15 days. Either of the actions to force the renewal date to the 1st of the month (delaying payment after plan expiry, or switching plans early) will still result in the renewal date moving back from there going forward.

You can make an extra payment on the beginning of the month and it will remain in your account as credit for payment around the mid-month.

Hey @discipline
There is a way however you may not like it. If, for example, you're due date is on the 22nd or thereabouts. The only thing you can really do is turn off auto pay and not have a phone until the 1st of the month. Then make a payment. That is the closest you can get to the beginning of the month. Since payments are made in 30 day increments, you may vere of the path once in a while. Once again, this, is the only real way.
EDIT: One other way, and let me remind you, you may not like this.... is to change your plan on the 1st of the month. You WILL lose whatever you've paid already but that's the price you pay if you want it on the 1st or relatively close. It will, over time, change as it is in 30 day increments.

@discipline Unfortunately you cannot change payment dates. They based on when you signed up and are 30 days, not monthly so it isn't unusual for the due date to change a day or 2 depending on the month. You can of course add funds to your account right now or any time and they will be used in 10 days to renew.
