Hello, I think my service is disconnected. I didn’t realize today was my payment date and I had to update my credit card info. I just updated it now, but I don’t see any options to push through the payment and I’m not able to use my phone unless it’s on wifi.

try dialing 611 with your cell and follow the prompts. You will need your PM pin number.
