Hi i don't have network.. my account is up and always paid on time, I tried restarting my phone, resetting network and connections but still no service ..

the isservicedown site is not 100% accurate, they included many other non-mobile issues there, that's why you see many cities.  Also, the complains you see on that site could be days old, not current

but if you are in MB, look like there is an issue there

Oohh so it's not just me.. I'm in winnipeg and I see almost all Canadian cities are affected.. that's crazy

But minor outages might not be reported... Did you try your SIM in another phone to determine is it your phone or service issue?

are you in Eastern Canada?  there is current service degrade issue in Eastern Canada

Also, try setting network mode to 4G or LTE or 3G and test
