40$ cyber Monday plan not appearing

Hello I would like to upgrade to the 15gb data plan for cyber Monday. However It does not appear in the options. Only upgrading to 5gb of 4g data instead of 3g.  I am already on 40 per month plan.

I updated my plan to the 15gb 4g speed and it was to take effect on Nov 21. I looked at my plan today and I am still on 5gb 3 g speed. I have a conformation and took a photo of it. How do I get this corrected?
