Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I joined Public Mobile and activate the service last night. After insert the SIM, I found that I am not able to use the service and I also cannot access public mobile my account by showing For identity A1. Please help - URGENT!!!

@BC167  clear cache on your phone and try again.

You can also sign in using incognito mode.

If that doesn't work,  click on the proceeding link to message a public mobile agent for further assistance. They will reply back to your inbox which can be found in the envelope or bell by your avatar.
