I purchased 18 days ago!!
Return my money back!
My wife and I purchased together but nothing received!
You wasted our time, i could buy another sim card with same price another places!!

As mentioned, it will take up to 10 business days to arrive.
If more than 10 business days, you can contact customer service agent.
If you need service right away, you could purchase a physical SIM card at a corporate Telus or Koodo store. Amazon also does offer Prime shipping of SIM cards, Keep the receipt and see whether customer service agent will reimburse you for the purchase. YMMV.

Normally, SIM delivery takes 2 weeks, some customers have received their SIM after 3-4 week
if it’s more than 2 weeks you can contact CSA by sending a private message

When was the SIM card ordered? Public Mobile says 10 business days for delivery. Public Mobile sends it by the Canada Post mail systrem.
