how can I access code if sim has not been activated!

I help my friend port his number over to PM and the 2FA code was sent to the registered email.
@Chefff , you should be able to use the Pubic Mobile SIM, especially if you are not doing a number transfer which requires the use of the old SIM to receive the confirmation text.
