What is the deal with this system! I used a code when I activated my line, and I used my code to add to other people. Now 3 months in and they tell me there are no codes added, and won’t give me retroactive points for the lines. Is thing a common problem? And will they fix it for me?

With the new points system, you will not be able to see the list of your referral friends. You will only be able to see the number of friend points received each payment cycle. Check your rewards portal and see rewards history.
It might be possible that there is something wrong with your specific referral code. Might want to check with customer service agent.

I just set up another account 2 days ago. And because of this situation I made sure it said the code was accepted before I continued. And that account also has not been added as a referral account. So this system is clearly broken, or being overlooked. This has now happened to the person that referred me, and 2 accounts I referred.

Usually the referral codes go through with no issues. Does your referral code have a zero (0) or the letter O? There sometimes can be a typo error when entering the code. As mentioned, did the new accounts get the $10 available funds within 72 hours?
If the new customer leaves Public mobile in the future, the referer will lose the monthly 1 point friend credit.
The new customer needs to contact PM CSA for entering the referral code and get things sorted out. Three months is a bit late for this inquiry, but see what CSA says.

I set up the accounts with the referral code. Why does everyone have to contact them after the fact?!? Why even have it during sign up if they are not going to apply it.
my question was if this happens all the time. I have had my account for 3 months. Has anyone got points retroactively?

Did the people who you referred receive a $10 account credit after activating. For situations in which a referral didn't get properly applied, it's the new customer who you have referred who needs to contact a Public Mobile csutomer support agent.
