I would like to use my reward points to pay for my bill. 

What should I do?

You will need a minimum of 15 points for $15 off your bill, once you have enough, these are the steps to redeem:

1. Log in to the Public Mobile app or My Account
2. Go to the ‘Rewards’ tab
3. Select ‘Go to Rewards’
4. Go to the ‘Catalogue’ tab to browse available rewards
5. Select the reward you want to redeem for
6. Select ‘Redeem’
7. Select ‘Confirm’

Log into your account on the public mobile website and go to rewards and then click on redeem. The point will be applied to your next billing.

Just login My Account and click on the Rewards on the top right to access Rewards site and redeem points for credit

you can also use the PM app and go to the Rewards page

but you need to check if you have 15 points or more.  If you do, go to Catalogue page on Rewards site and pick 15 points for $15 bill credit to redeem.  The system will add the credit to your account after
