How to buy SIM card with reward points

I use to go to my app pick buy SIM card and instead of paying on credit card it gave me the option to buy with points. I done it for over a year but now it’s not showing to redeem points only pay cash. Any idea if this option moved?

@MountainMaxMan2 , I know we used to be able to. I can’t check though due to I have redeemed points on my account balance so it will use the available balance on my account to pay for it.

As @LitlLdy  suggests...you should be able to redeem 15 points for $15 in your Available Fund$...then buy the sim card using $$ from Available Fund$. I've never done it but dunno why it won't work as she suggests.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

@MountainMaxMan2  I didn’t. Know you could do that and buy SIM card with points , but since you say you can and have . Did you try both the website and public mobile APP ? Try that first if you haven’t

you cannot buy eSIM using points 

but it from Amazon for cheaper, just $5.  Or buy from Telus or Koodo stores for $10
