Charged extra $6 for no change in service?

Hello, I am on a 90 day prepaid account since November of 2016. For the last 4 payments I paid $122.04 (includes tax). For November 2017, I was charged 128.82 with no change to my account. What gives? Anyone know why? Thanks,Richard
