I’m currently in Florida and had to reinstate my service as I was nearing the end of the 90 day restriction. Once my account was reinstated I purchased the $15 add on that gave me 400 long distance minutes but unfortunately it doesn’t work her in the US so I would like to have the addon cxled and a credit issued to my account! Can you assist with this?

@Maverick-27_ Did you connecto to the roaming network and set your phone to roaming mode?
This is a prepaid service so you are not entitled to refunds however the mods MIGHT be able to refund if you ask very nicely. Click Here to private message a Moderator good luck 🙂
