Is it possible to order a new SIM from self serve account with account credit ?

After encountering hassle with purchasing SIM without activation from retail vendors, I verified the option to order a new SIM from self serve account with existing account credit. However, I don't find an option.

Note: new SIM to loop in my friend to Public Mobile with ongoing promotions along with referral bonus

Not through self serve.  The Public Mobile site also takes Paypal to pay for sim card order.

@SriS  there are many other retailes taht will sell sims with out activation.   london drugs wow mobile k mobnile the mobile shop (superstore).  its mainly walmart taht causes problems.

No, SIMS cannot be purchased online through the self-serve account, only through the main site, which requires credit card payment:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started

However, when you are viewing your self-serve, there is a link at the top of the page that takes you to the page I linked above, which is actually not part of your self-serve account. I believe this may have been what the agent was referring to when you verified with them.
