Phone will not accept calls!

I recently recently reinstated my service to avoid loosing my number before the 90 day deadline! Everything seemed to work fine but when I called my nbr to ensure it was working all I continue to get is a busy signal, no ringing and no voicemail!

How do I get this rectified?

How sure are you about the exact 90 days? From plan suspension or from the lost/stolen suspension?

  1. Dial *611 and see if there is anything
  2. Try the same SIM card in a different phone and see.
  3. Does your phone's carrier show as "Public Mobile" or something else?
