Only Incoming calls not working

 Ported over yesterday at 6pm and the phone is still not receiving calls - it goes straight to a message that the VM is not yet set up but the pm voicemail was setup. Everything else works well. Can anyone help?  Thanks.

Advice - Port your number at a later date

For all those signing up with the new promo plan and having activation / porting issues.  Why not just sign up with a new number to get the promo and then port your old number later? I was told this is possible with Public Mobile.   Why take the risk...
