No Plan After New Account Activation.

I just activated my dad's account with a 57$ plan including province wide talk global text and 4gb data at 3g speed. It says that I have no plans right now with just the 30day renewal fee of 10$ and says available funds is 47$. The SIM card has not been inserted just yet as he is going to be here later.

The new way is to private message moderator_team, although sending the message to a particular moderator yields the same outcome.
