@sanja8888 Login to your account to see if Available Funds equal the add-on cost. If so, just "buy" again and it will use that money to activate the add-on. Currently add-ons must be processed twice to activate; once to pay, and a second to activate. It's a system failing.

Contact public mobile directly. The whole system is very convoluted wrt adding data. They should be able to help.
